Were looking for a creative and client-focused Residential Landscape Designer who is passionate about transforming ideas into stunning outdoor environments.

In this role, youll combine design expertise, creativity, and client engagement to bring residential landscapes to life: from the first consultation through final design presentation. If you love collaborating with homeowners, thinking creatively, and seeing your designs become reality, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact.

What You'll Do

Design Inspiring Outdoor Spaces

  • Create innovative and functional landscape designs for residential properties
  • Develop conceptual plans, layouts, planting plans, and hardscape designs

Partner Directly with Clients

  • Meet with homeowners to understand their vision, lifestyle needs, and budget
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate space, conditions, and opportunities
  • Present design concepts and collaborate with clients to refine the final plan

Bring Designs to Life

  • Produce detailed design drawings, renderings, and presentations
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals
  • Support project handoff to construction teams when designs move into implementation

Stay Inspired

  • Keep up with landscape design trends, materials, and sustainable practices
  • Bring fresh ideas that enhance outdoor living and elevate the client experience

What You Bring

  • Experience in landscape design, landscape architecture, or related field
  • Strong ability to translate client ideas into creative, buildable designs
  • Experience meeting with clients and leading design consultations
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Land F/X, or similar software
  • Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation concepts, and hardscape design
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Bonus Points

  • Residential landscape design experience
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, or related field
  • Experience with 3D renderings or visual design presentations
  • Knowledge of Arizona plant palettes and climate considerations
