Restaurant Facilities Manager - Construction Design and Project Manager

Expanding restaurant company seeking a Corporate Facilities Manager to manage design, construction and project management of facility updgrades.

HYBRID WORK WEEK

Facilities Manager Responsibilities:



Strategic planning, management, and execution for existing facilities upgrade.

Process improvements of existing facilities work.

Manages in-house design team -- architectural, interior, lighting, and kitchen.

Works closely with internal operations and service teams.

Establishes best practices for filing and maintaining as-built drawings.

Prepare and track budgets and manage project timelines

Report to the Group Design Director

Facilities Manager Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science, or Business

7+ years of project management experience

5+ years of previous management/supervisory experience

Experience in facility management for a multi-unit brick-and-mortar retail company

Proven skills using AutoCAD, Office Suite especially Excel, and PowerPoint

Expert in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong results/goal orientation

Outstanding collaboration and leadership skills

Able to develop and to lead teams and build trust

An empowering management style when dealing with trained and skilled reports

Proven detail-oriented, analytical and excellent in problem-solving

Solid English language -- written and verbal skills

A valid Texas driver s license and clean driving record

Able to perform a manual data input function for up to 50% of a work day, daily.

A proven self-starter with the ability to multi-task effectively always.

Able to thrive in a pressured environment.

Great organizational and project management skills.

Able to travel and negotiate job sites not limited to hard hat areas and ladder climbing inspections.
