Title of Position: Dining Room Manager

Job Responsibilities: The Dining Room Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations of the hotel, from day-to-day staff management to guest and client relations. The General Manager provides leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of service expectations, maximizing operations, overall guest satisfaction to maximize profitability.  The Dining Room Manager must plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the operations with the General Manager. The Dining Room Manager also evaluates changes in guest needs, industry, and competitive trends to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes to be made to ensure guest and employee satisfaction, to maintain market dominance and achieve exceptional financial returns.

Qualifications: 

• The Dining Room Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation 
• A minimum of three to five years of relevant experience of a comparable property is necessary for the Dining Room Manager
• The Dining Room Manager must have a proven track record in the hotel industry demonstrating achievement of outstanding profit and guest service-related goals 
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred for the Dining Room Manager
• The Dining Room Manager must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
