Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring technologies.
- Develop scalable Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Build responsive front-end applications using Angular.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise systems.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and Architects.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure applications meet security, performance, scalability, and quality standards.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE application development.
- Strong experience with Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
- 5+ years of experience developing Microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Strong experience with Angular (12+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Apigee.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), and Helm.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and Ping Identity.
- Experience with Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, Gradle, SonarQube, Nexus/Artifactory, Git, and Terraform.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or OpenTelemetry.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, Microservices Architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance domain.
- Knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards.
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant application development.
- Experience with Istio, HashiCorp Vault, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Event-Driven Architecture.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer or Professional Cloud Architect certification.
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD).
