Job Title: AI Ads Creative Intern
Location: New York City
Join the Movement
Enhanced is a performance and wellness company at the intersection of elite sport, performance medicine, and consumer health. The inaugural Enhanced Games launches Memorial Day Weekend 2026 in Las Vegas, and our D2C product line is bringing performance-grade wellness to everyday consumers.
The Role
You build motion-graphics video ads and the static ads that support them for paid Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic. AI compresses production, but the bar is premium and on-brand: enough volume to feed the media buying engine, never so much that it becomes slop. We don't care which AI platforms you use - pick the right tool for the job and ship.
What You'll Do
  • Build Motion Graphic Video Ads: Short-form motion ads (6s, 15s, 30s) for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat. Strong hooks in the first and second, clean kinetic type, on-brand transitions, claim payoffs that land.
  • Support with Statics: Statics that match the motion campaigns - hooks, headlines, formats, ratios, end cards.
  • Iterate Variants: For every winning concept, ship variants without dropping the bar - different hooks, edits, copy, formats.
  • Work the Performance Loop: Sit with media buyers. See what's scaling, fatiguing, losing - ship the next round same-day.

You Bring
  • Motion Graphics Skill: You think in keyframes, easing, kinetic type, and pacing - not just templates. Premiere and CapCut for finishing.
  • Knows Slop from Premium: You can tell a winning ad from a losing one in three seconds and explain why - hook, pacing, claim, format, payoff. You know what makes AI creative feel premium and on-brand vs. cheap and generic - and you don't ship the latter. You study Meta Ads Library, Foreplay, and Motion.
  • AI-Native: You use generative AI tools daily - image, video, audio, copy. We don't care which platforms; we care that you pick the right one for each step and use it well.
  • Volume + Quality: You move fast and produce at scale, but you don't ship slop to hit a count. The right answer is somewhere in the middle.
  • Eye for Brand: You catch the off-brand color, the AI tell, the uncanny moment - before anyone else does.
  • Self-Directed: You see the ad before the brief lands.

Bonus Points
  • Hands-on experience producing paid creative for a D2C brand
  • Background in sports, fitness, supplements, beauty, or consumer health

How To Apply
  • Provide links to examples of motion graphic video ads you've made (plus statics if you have them). We'd love to see performance data for anything that ran live.
  • On your resume, be sure to include which platforms you use.

Must-have Requirements:
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States of America (no sponsorship required).
