Job description

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience building applications in Java (Spring Boot), microservices, and other open-source technologies.
  • Hands-on knowledge of multithreaded applications (must-have).
  • Excellent design skills, including design patterns.
  • Experience creating and consuming RESTful services and SOAP-based services.
  • Object-oriented design and development experience in Java.
  • Excellent PL/SQL skills with strong database expertise (preferably DB2, SQL Server) to design new or alter existing table structures per specifications.
  • Experience in test-driven development and continuous integration models.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Secondary/Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, and other languages like Python and Perl.
  • Working experience with agile methodologies.
