Job description

Job Summary:
Diverse Lynx is a company seeking a SharePoint/PowerPlatform Developer to create and manage SharePoint sites and build Power Platform solutions. The role involves customizing SharePoint, integrating systems, and ensuring data governance and compliance best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and customize SharePoint Online/On‐Prem solutions (sites, lists, libraries, SPFx, workflows)
• Build and maintain Power Platform solutions: Power Apps (Canvas/Model‐Driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports
• Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third‐party systems
• Implement security, permissions, data governance, and compliance best practice
Qualifications:
Required:
• Create and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to support business needs.
• Customize SharePoint using tools and technology like SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and CSOM.
• Build workflows with Power Automate.
• Integrate SharePoint with other systems for smooth data exchange.
• Troubleshoot and fix SharePoint issues related to performance, functionality, and security.
• Design user-friendly sites with clear navigation.
• Set up security groups and permissions to protect data.
• Keep documentation updated for applications and customizations.
• Monitor and improve SharePoint performance.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• SharePoint Online / On‐Prem, Site Collections, Lists & Libraries, SPFx, REST APIs, SharePoint Framework Extensions, Permissions, Security, Information Architecture
