Registered Dental Hygienist (Full-Time)
Location: Tinton Falls, NJ
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
One Saturday per month: 8:00am - 2:00pm (September-June only)
Potential flexibility for part-time coverage on Wednesday, Friday, and one Saturday per month
Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: $50-$54/hour
  • Annualized Compensation: Approximately $104,000 - $112,320/year (based on full-time schedule)
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join a modern, well-established practice committed to delivering high-quality, concierge-level care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment with one-hour recall appointments, allowing you to provide thorough, comprehensive care while building strong relationships with your patients.
You will be supported by a highly engaged clinical team and have access to ongoing professional development, including participation in a Hygiene Executive Committee that helps guide clinical excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and trust-building
  • Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapies in alignment with doctor treatment plans
  • Identify signs of periodontal disease, oral pathology, and overall oral health concerns
  • Take and interpret radiographs and intraoral images
  • Accurately document patient medical histories, conditions, and treatment notes
  • Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Respond appropriately to any medical or dental emergencies during treatment
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and ongoing preventative care
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong clinical knowledge of hygiene procedures, patient screening, and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
  • Any additional certification or license required by the state to perform assigned duties
