Practice Overview


  • Established, family-led private practice primary care group focused exclusively on senior patients
  • Five clinic locations across the Tampa Bay region, with continued growth
  • Capped patient panel of approximately 500 with about 12 patients per day, supporting high-quality, personalized care
  • 30-45 minute visit lengths to prioritize relationship-based medicine
  • Strong interdisciplinary support including MAs, health coaches, care coordinators, and dedicated coders
  • Value-based care model aligned with patient outcomes and long-term health management

Schedule


  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Patient-facing hours typically 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Built-in time for care coordination, same-day needs, and administrative work

Compensation & Benefits


  • Guaranteed base salary with quality-based bonus structure
