Practice Overview
- Established, family-led private practice primary care group focused exclusively on senior patients
- Five clinic locations across the Tampa Bay region, with continued growth
- Capped patient panel of approximately 500 with about 12 patients per day, supporting high-quality, personalized care
- 30-45 minute visit lengths to prioritize relationship-based medicine
- Strong interdisciplinary support including MAs, health coaches, care coordinators, and dedicated coders
- Value-based care model aligned with patient outcomes and long-term health management
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Patient-facing hours typically 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Built-in time for care coordination, same-day needs, and administrative work
- No evenings, weekends, or after-hours clinic responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary with quality-based bonus structure
- Additional clinic performance bonus starting in year three
