00POSITION SUMMARY:
After proper instructions, performs routine clerical tasks operating a computer. Processes files in an efficient and timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Files individual documents in appropriate file.
- Inputs filing of civil cases in computer.
- Process mail received daily in office, answers telephone and other related miscellaneous office duties.
- Retrieves files on request.
- Operates standard office equipment.
- Performs related duties as directed
