Pool Service Technician – Weekly Route / Paid Training Available Quality Swimming Pools | Full-Time | Outdoor / Field Position
About the Role
Quality Swimming Pools is hiring a dependable Pool Service Technician to join our established residential and commercial maintenance team. This is a route-based position with consistent weekly scheduling - perfect for someone who values independence, outdoor work, and a stable Monday–Friday routine. No two days are exactly the same, but your route will be.
Whether you're an experienced pool tech or just starting out in the trades, we'll invest in your training and set you up for long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Perform scheduled pool cleaning and maintenance including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and backwashing
- Test, adjust, and balance water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness)
- Identify equipment issues and communicate repair needs to senior technicians
- Maintain a consistent, punctual service route and build relationships with customers
- Keep accurate service records for each visit
What We're Looking For
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required)
- Prior pool service, landscaping, or field technician experience is a plus - we will train the right person
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
