As a Lifeguard (Seasonal) at Lifeguard Pros, your main responsibilities include monitoring the pool area to prevent accidents, responding swiftly in case of emergencies, and enforcing safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for all guests. You will need to stay alert and attentive, possess strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively and be ready to provide assistance and guidance as needed. WOULD YOU BE A GREAT LIFEGUARD?

To excel as a Lifeguard (Seasonal) with Lifeguard Pros you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Effective communication and teamwork are key, as you will often interact with guests and collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe environment. Prior experience in lifeguarding or water safety is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidates. All Lifeguard Pros staff will be certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, AED, First Aid, O2 Administration, and Bloodborne Pathogens, but if you do not have these certifications yet, we are here to support you in obtaining them.
