Chick-fil-A Northlake Parkway has enjoyed serving others in the north Charlotte community since 2006. We seek to inspire genuine care among all team members and guests. Requirements/Responsibilities

Closed Sundays
We take 1 day a week to show our team care by being closed on Sundays. This gives you more time to rest and spend time with family and friends.
Pay Rate
Part-time team members can make up to $14, which is very dependent on their experience, ability, and availability.
Pay rates can be increased incrementally with additional responsibilities or completing written growth steps. We believe that all team members should be growing in their character and abilities. Our team members believe that everyone at every level should continually be growing. And we reward them as they do.
Flexible Hours
You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school, or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them. Shifts usually last from 4-8 hours. We have lunch, afternoon, and evening shifts available.

No Experience Is Necessary
We will provide thorough training to work as part of our hospitality team. You will be able to serve in the front as a cashier or in the drive thru. All you need is a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.
You will be required to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, with excellent communication skills.
You must have the ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem solving and conflict resolution.
You also must be efficient and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus.
