Job description

Lead Support Integration Specialist

The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Support Integration Specialist to lead and enhance the management of capital and government-owned assets within the Off-Platform Support Equipment organization in Hazelwood, MO.

Ideal candidates bring strong process development and improvement expertise, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams including management, government, and executive stakeholders. Experience in supply chain or materials management and direct customer interaction further supports success in this autonomous role, contributing to the organization's commitment to compliance and operational excellence.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead all efforts related to managing Capital and Government Owned Property as it relates to the BGS Off-Platform Support Equipment organization

  • Develop and implement lab policies and processes to align BGS Support Equipment owned labs with current compliance requirements

  • Maintain and report lab status within Boeing Enterprise Lab Database

  • Lead lab related efforts with respect to tool control, footprint reduction, audits and compliance

  • Actively manage and control equipment with calibration requirements

  • Work autonomously

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience with processes analysis, processes development, and process improvement

  • Experience in a role that required excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to communicate with and influence people from varying backgrounds, including members of senior leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management

  • Experience interfacing directly with military or commercial customers
