Job Description

Year round positions are available for our Robert's Pub Restaurant, adjacent to the Big Meadow Golf Course, working PM shifts delivering an exceptional culinary experience to homeowners and guests.

In this role you will assist the Servers in providing the highest quality service possible to the guest. Responsible for the setup of assigned section in the Restaurant dining room. Your high level attention to detail and exceptional guest interaction results in guests who eagerly want to return because they had a pleasurable dining experience.

Essential Duties:
1. Start tables.
2. Clear and clean tables.
3. Re-set tables.
4. Provide water to tables.
5. Assist Server in meeting guest needs.
7. Restock bus stations.

Other Duties:
1. Vacuum dining room.
2. Wipe all chairs with a damp cloth.
3. Assist in kitchen cleanup.
4. Fill salt and pepper shakers and wipe clean.
5. Fill sugar bowls and wipe clean.
6. Keep bus station clean.

7. Other requirements to maintain sanitary and safe dining.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work evenings, weekend and holidays.

Must have, or be willing to obtain, current Food Handlers Permit.
