Primary Responsibilities Interpreting clinical data according to standard medical practice, GCP guidelines, protocol and charter definition and according to standard Clario SOPs and GCP for clinical trials. Completing source documents accurately and promptly, according to the specific charter requirements and following Clario SOPs Correcting entries on source documents and Case Report Forms (CRFs) in a timely manner as needed Participating in training sessions for the respective protocols Evaluation of study specific photography for oncology trials involving the skin, i.e., melanoma, cutaneous lymphoma.

Reviewing protocols, charters and associated clinical and technical study documents as required Ensuring confidentiality of study protocols, subjects, images, data and equipment is maintained Participating in sponsor site visits, bid defenses and audits as requested Collaborating with internal teams and clients to resolve oncologic study issues Responsible for his/her continuing professional education Performing quality control on his/her work for completeness Identifying and participating in the performance improvement process Participating in the development, review and evaluation of SOPs and study specific procedures Maintaining a safe work environment and reports workplace hazards immediately Other functions as assigned by the VP, Medical Oncology Mentor the project management teams Collaborate with the radiologists and project management to improve processes Other functions as assigned by the VP, Medical Oncology Secondary Responsibilities Maintains Quality Service and Departmental Standards by Reading, understanding and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures ("SOP") Assisting in establishing and enforcing departmental standards Contributes to team effort by Working with internal staff to resolve issues Exploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processes Helping others to achieve results Performing other duties as assigned Maintains Technical and Industry Knowledge by Attending and participating in applicable company-sponsored training Qualifications: Education: Medical degree Possess a valid US medical license, required Graduate of an approved program in Oncology, with additional subspecialty training as required. Board Certified Medical Oncology and/or Hematology. Experience: Experience in research, oncology clinical trials and/or imaging core lab performing central independent reviews is a plus.

Additional skill set: Organization and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to business needs Must have interpersonal skills to interact effectively Outgoing, friendly, professional personality Must present a positive attitude and a professional appearance. Must possess analytical abilities necessary to acquire and effectively utilize knowledge regarding diagnoses, radiographic interpretation and treatment of oncology subjects.
