Dining Room Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY: To assist operations in expediting service to the guest, to serve food from the kitchen in a timely manner, clean and reset tables and stock stations

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Clean and set tables in a proper manner 10%
• Replenish all non-alcohlic beverages when needed 10%
• Maintain ice supply in server stations and bar 10%
• Stock side stations with clean and polished wrapped silverware, napkins, straws, etc., 5%
• Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications 10%
• Remove plates and silverware from tables throughout the meal; transporing to the dish area 10 %
• Assist coworkers and guests during the meal period 20%
• Assist in oveal cleanliness of the restaurant including front of house and back of house 20%
• Run food from the kitchen 5%
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma

Experience: 0-2 Years

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs and walk for extended period

• Team Player
