We're seeking Prep Cooks and Line Cooks to join us at Balkan! Eat. Drink. Opa! Fresh Greek in the heart of Banff. Our Yia Yia (Grandma) lived to be 103 years old for a reason - the fresh and healthy diet of Greece. We source the best ingredients to honour the traditions of the Mediterranean including a wide range of lighter vegetarian options and mindful halal meats. Prep Cook

Have a passion for cooking? Prep cook is a great entry level position for those interested in turning their passion into work. You will prepare food and be responsible for proper food storage and handling.

Line Cook

This mid-level culinary position in the kitchen has lots of opportunity for growth. You will be responsible for cooking quality food, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and working closely with the Chefs.
