Responsibilities:- Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
- Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
- Resolve high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes.
- Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow to develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas such as architecture and infrastructure integrate to accomplish business goals.
- Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the company's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
- Experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience in implementing successful projects.
- Experience in Agile Software methodology using JIRA.
- Relevant experience in preparing Software design artifacts including Architecture, flowcharts, and Sequence diagrams.
- 3-5 years of expertise in application design and development using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Webpack, etc.
- Source control management using GitHub.
- Relevant knowledge with testing frameworks.
- Experience in performance tuning of applications and analyzing issues using tools like JProfiler/AppDynamics.
- Experience in performing effective code and design reviews.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with React.
- Experience with AI tools such as Copilot.
Education:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
