Position Overview: We're looking for an experienced Operations Data Scientist to join our team and play a key role in measuring, analyzing, and promote the performance of our people and the effectiveness of our operations .
This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to design operational KPIs, support data-driven decision-making, and apply advanced analytics including ML/AI techniques to uncover insights. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leadership to define KPIs and design and automate tracking. Deliver advanced analytics and predictive modeling across operations data.
Build and maintain dashboards to track operational effectiveness. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and improvement areas. Collaborate with teams to define and refine key performance measures.
Provide analytical support to business stakeholders. Run machine learning and AI models to generate operational insights. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Promote data quality and governance across operations datasets. Evaluate and report on operational effectiveness using robust data methods. Act as a consultant to teams in using data to improve decision making.
Ideal Qualifications: Advanced degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. 3+ years experience in data science roles, preferably with operations focus. Strong background in data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.
Experience working with people data or operations teams. Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and their business applications. Experience with Snowflake a plus Why Join Us?
