Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant: Home Health

Location: Atlanta, GA (covering Cobb and North Fulton territories) Setting: Home Health Pay Range: $1500-1700/weekly Schedule: 8-Hour Days Contract Length: 13 Weeks Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a COTA
  • Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in Home Health
  • Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
  • Be willing to obtain Georgia or compact licensure

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
  • Conduct skilled therapy visits and perform assessments
  • Create and manage individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes
