European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
  • Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
  • Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
  • Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
