A 100% member-owned anesthesiology group is seeking an anesthesiologist to join our dedicated team in Tucson, Arizona. This role offers an exceptional work-life balance and competitive compensation in a clinician-led practice.

Position Highlights


  • Flexible schedule: Choose 2 weeks on/2 weeks off or 3 weeks on/1 week off
  • Work-life balance: No call, no weekends, no holidays, limited evenings
  • Competitive earnings: $720,000/year for full-time; $410,000 for 2on/2off
  • Unique 1099 role with benefits (health, vision, disability, malpractice, etc.)
  • PRN options available
