Job description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join a fast-paced team and help create intuitive, engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This is a great opportunity for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving user problems through thoughtful, effective design.

In this role, you will support a range of digital initiatives, with a strong emphasis on eCommerce experiences, while also contributing to internal and operational-facing projects. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and play an important part in shaping user journeys, improving usability, and bringing new ideas to life.

Contract Length: Up to 3 months

Compensation: $40/hr

Location: Onsite, 5 days per week in Scottsdale, AZ

What You'll Do

  • Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms.
  • Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and UI specifications for new features and enhancements.
  • Improve existing digital experiences to make them more intuitive, seamless, and effective.
  • Translate business needs and user goals into thoughtful design solutions.
  • Conduct and contribute to usability testing and design evaluation efforts.
  • Use best practices, user behavior insights, and analytics to recommend design improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, product, and development.
  • Help support day-to-day digital updates, enhancements, and related initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ year of experience in UI/UX, web design, digital product design, or a related area.
  • Bachelor's degree in web design or a related field preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work, ideally with eCommerce experience.
  • Experience designing for mobile applications, mobile web, and desktop web.
  • Understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
