Frontend Lead Architect (Hands On)
Location: Dallas area (Hybrid)
Compensation: $160K-$180K

Position Summary
We are seeking a Frontend Lead Architect/Developer to lead the design and development of modern, scalable web applications. This role is hands-on, with responsibility for building micro frontend architectures, reusable UI systems, and performance-optimized applications. The ideal candidate has strong technical leadership, thrives in Agile consulting environments, and is comfortable engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
· Architect and implement scalable frontend applications using ReactJS and Module Federation.
· Design and maintain reusable UI components and centralized design systems.
· Build and deploy micro frontend applications that integrate across teams.
· Optimize performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and manage build processes with Webpack.
· Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams on API integration and CI/CD pipelines.
· Partner with business stakeholders to estimate and design effective technical solutions.
· Mentor team members and enforce frontend best practices.
· Support POC development and documentation as needed.
· Contribute in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
· Be flexible for occasional domestic/international travel for client needs.
Requirements
· 8+ years in frontend development.
· Advanced proficiency in React, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS, Tailwind.
· Hands-on experience with Webpack, Micro Frontends, Module Federation.
· Proven success with design systems and reusable UI libraries.
· Familiarity with SQL (Oracle) and NoSQL (Cassandra).
· Experience with Git, Jenkins, Stash, CI/CD pipelines.
· Bonus: React Native, eCommerce/retail projects, AWS integration.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
· Ability to travel for client needs (domestic/international).
