Warehouse Selector Job Summary
Our distribution center is looking for a hardworking Warehouse Selector to fulfill large-scale orders. It is a fast-paced environment, and we expect all customer orders to be filled correctly and without any damages. Your tasks will include selecting products, building pallets, and shrink wrapping and labeling them for delivery. Once the products are ready, you will use an electric pallet jack to transport the pallets to the correct docking area for loading. Our ideal applicant has previous experience working in a warehouse environment and can safely operate a pallet jack or forklift. All applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.
Warehouse Selector Duties and Responsibilities
- Pull products for customer orders
- Build pallets
- Transport orders to the correct docking area using an electric pallet jack
- Shrinkwrap and label orders for delivery
- Ensure each order is not damaged before shipping
- Assist with loading and unloading
Warehouse Selector Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
- 1+ years working in a warehouse or distribution center
- Experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift (certification a plus)
- Physical stamina
- Attention to detail
- Flexible schedule
- Must pass a background check and drug test
