Vendor Manager Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for a Vendor Manager to oversee our vendor relationships. You will terminate contracts when necessary, then research new vendors and establish relationships to ensure a smooth transition. Because you are the primary contact for our vendors, all applicants must have at least three years of experience in vendor services or a customer service role.

  • Cancel contracts with vendors that are no longer needed
  • Research and establish relationships with new vendors when necessary
  • Organize and track all documentation between the company and vendors
  • Resolve vendor disputes or issues quickly and efficiently

Vendor Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in vendor services or a customer service role
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work independently
