We are seeking a Trimmer to join our team. As you trim, you will organize the flowers, shake, and sort trimmings into bins that we will weigh with you at the end of your shift. This job requires manual dexterity and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
Trimmer Duties and Responsibilities
- Tightly trim cannabis by hand for medicinal or retail purposes
- Organize trimmed flowers into separate bins
- Keep track of the product you trim for end-of-shift weighing
- Clean work area and tools after shift
- Assist with plant harvesting as needed
Trimmer Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old
- Cannabis industry experience a plus
- Manual dexterity
- Attention to detail
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
