Our firm is currently seeking a Trader to join our team. In this role, you will buy and sell financial instruments (stocks, currencies, and commodities) on behalf of our clients. You will prepare trading plans to suit client needs and conduct financial analyses to identify profitable trade opportunities. Since we manage diverse and comprehensive financial portfolios, it is essential to review trading activity for accuracy. Applicants should have a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or a related field, in addition to their Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
Trader Duties and Responsibilities
- Buy and sell financial instruments
- Prepare trading plans to suit client needs
- Conduct financial analyses to identify profitable trade opportunities
- Review activity for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with CFTC regulations
Trader Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a similar field
- Master's degree a plus
- Series 7 and/or 63 licenses (preferred)
- FINRA registration (preferred)
- Trading experience
- Analytical skills
