Team Lead Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, driven, and service-oriented team lead to work as part of our sales and customer service teams and interact directly with customers. Team Lead Duties and Responsibilities

Team Lead Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's degree is preferred, but not required
2+ years or experience in a customer service role
Previous sales experience is a positive, but is not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude with a passion for providing quality service
Keen problem solving capabilities
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
Basic computer knowledge with the ability to type 30+ words per minute
Understanding of the importance of maintaining a positive professional reputation
