  • Attend all scheduled team meetings

Team Lead Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree is preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years or experience in a customer service role
  • Previous sales experience is a positive, but is not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a passion for providing quality service
  • Keen problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
  • Basic computer knowledge with the ability to type 30+ words per minute
  • Understanding of the importance of maintaining a positive professional reputation
