Social Worker Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Social Worker who can help our clients find the resources they need to manage difficulties they are currently facing. You will oversee a full caseload, meeting with clients to determine their current needs and advising them on what kind of help is available and working with them to complete paperwork and submit applications on time to get medical, monetary, or educational assistance. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of experience as a social worker.

  • Respond to crisis situations that affect children and vulnerable or mentally unstable adults
  • Create programs and services to benefit clients and community

  • Advocate and raise awareness on behalf of clients and the needs of the community

Social Worker Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, healthcare, or another related field; master’s degree a plus
  • Current state license
  • 2+ years of professional social work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to work nights and weekends
  • Must have transportation available to travel to meet with clients
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
