Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology and some experience in a business analyst role or with the Scrum framework. You must be comfortable using Jira to track progress.

  • Schedule a series of sprints for your development team
  • Coordinate with the product owner and upper management to develop a timeline
  • Report progress via Jira
  • Rotate your staff through the various sprints of the project

Senior Scrum Master Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience with project management and the Agile system
  • Skills with programming in various languages, including SQL
  • Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps Server (formerly Team Foundation Server)
