- Schedule a series of sprints for your development team
- Coordinate with the product owner and upper management to develop a timeline
- Report progress via Jira
- Rotate your staff through the various sprints of the project
Senior Scrum Master Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or business field
- Experience with project management and the Agile system
- Skills with programming in various languages, including SQL
- Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps Server (formerly Team Foundation Server)
- Leadership and communication skills
