Salesforce Consultant Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will help our clients transition to the Salesforce customer relationship management software. While technical skills with the CRM software are important, your primary responsibility is change management. You will handle the entire scope of the change, from requirement gathering to deployment to follow-up technical support. You will also work with our clients' employees to help them learn to use this cloud-based program. Our ideal applicant has certification from Salesforce and several years of budget management and consulting experience. You also need strong communication and project planning skills.

Salesforce Consultant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to determine what they need from a CRM system
  • Work with their IT employees to develop a plan
  • Create cost estimates and a budget for management
  • Install the necessary software and help non-technical employees transition
  • Help troubleshoot any technical problems that arise

Salesforce Consultant Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science (preferred)
  • Salesforce certification
  • Several years of IT and Salesforce experience
  • Consulting experience
  • Strong communication skills
