Residential Advisor Job Summary

Our organization is looking for a Residential Advisor to supervise our living facilities. In this role, you provide residents with mentorship and support while enforcing our curfews and other standards of behavior. You also organize recreational activities and moderate disputes, helping to provide a positive and safe community for all of our residents. Applicants for this position should ideally have a bachelor's degree or experience working with people who have different personalities and backgrounds. All applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.
