Reset Merchandiser Job Summary
We are looking for a Reset Merchandiser to join our store. In this position, you work overnight to conduct a merchandising reset and optimize sales. You are responsible for building displays, adjusting our existing displays, and organizing the sales floor to create optimal customer flow. Our ideal candidate has years of experience in a retail environment, whether in retail management or stocking. You use various computer programs, including CAD programs to create a planogram or shelf schematics. You must be familiar with basic power tools used for remodeling and drilling holes to mount shelves.
Reset Merchandiser Duties and Responsibilities
- Create planograms
- Arrange shelves and displays to optimize flow
- Analyze sales to determine necessary changes
- Create displays for new or prioritized products
- Work with sales managers to determine which products to promote
