We are seeking a motivated, experienced individual to join our company as a Recruiting Coordinator. This is a fast-paced position requiring you to have strong proficiency with database management and standard office efficiency suites, including Excel and Outlook. Our ideal candidate has prior human resources and recruiting experience, in addition to excellent organizational and communication skills.

Recruiting Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with various departmental leadership to determine present and upcoming job vacancies, and identify those with the highest priority to fill
  • Collaborate with multiple recruitment professionals to ensure they have the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding present needs and vacancies
  • Coordinate hiring processes with our applicant tracking system
  • Administer onboarding and retention policies in our internship program

Recruiting Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a closely related field
  • Prior experience in a human resources or recruitment role, especially in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
