Property Manager Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Property Manager to oversee operations at our various commercial properties. In this position, you will work with leasing agents to create leasing contracts for new tenants, ensure units are ready for tenants, fulfill repair requests efficiently, collect monthly rents, and track daily expenses. We also expect our Property Manager to provide regular status reports on the condition of the property and any issues that arise. Our ideal candidate has at least five years of property management experience.
Property Manager Duties and Responsibilities

- Collect rent, utility, and other payments
- Inspect property for damages and schedule routine maintenance
- Manage all property personnel (landscapers, cleaning crews, etc.)
- Maintain and update property records
- Document expenses, invoices, receipts, and warranties
- Maintain a positive relationship with renters and tenants
Property Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Meet all state licensure requirements
- 5+ years of property management or related experience
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Excellent communication skills
