Product Analyst Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, experienced individual to join our company as a Product Analyst. As part of our development team, you perform regular audits of our existing product performance and market share, developing a high-level understanding of both the emerging market trends and our capabilities for realizing product opportunities. Product Analyst Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform regular audits of our existing product and service offerings to determine both market share and opportunities for engaging with emerging trends
- Perform opposition research to determine the same information in relation to our competitors, and identify opportunities to outperform
- Report to key leadership and stakeholders to make recommendations on new product development opportunities
- Collaborate with project managers to determine how existing product and service offering can be refined to support existing business objectives
Product Analyst Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in product management, business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience with project and product management, product development, and market trend forecasting
- A close understanding of software development cycles, e-commerce best practices, and digital product design and lifecycles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
