We are seeking an organized, efficient, and driven producer to join our team and coordinate all aspects of our media productions. In this role, you will collaborate with other production staff and be directly responsible for overseeing various media productions, including photo, radio, and video, from conception to completion.

• Manage and supervise all content that is shared via media productions
• Coordinate and steer various media productions from beginning to end
• Work on the conception of media productions, including generating ideas and securing rights if necessary
• Recruit and train new members of casts, crews, and production teams
• Oversee the daily operations of the production team, including the booking of talent and budget requirements, to ensure things run smoothly
• Establish and maintain production processes to streamline operations
• Meet and collaborate with various members of the creative team to ensure productions are moving in the right direction
• Pitch creative ideas for new media productions
• Consistently brainstorm new ways that media can be produced, shared, and distributed

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in film/radio production or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a production-related role
• Solid creative vision
• Knowledge of basic production best practices, creative processes, and relevant equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Time management capabilities with a willingness to juggle numerous projects and deadlines at once
• Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
