Principal Consultant Job Summary
We are seeking an innovative Principal Consultant to lead our consulting teams on different phases of proposal development and implementation. - Develop a plan that addresses the client's needs
- Delegate tasks among consulting team members

- Evaluate the short- and long-term effectiveness of the implemented solution and make adjustments as necessary
Principal Consultant Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an industry-related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule and ability to travel (up to 50%)
