Packaging Technician Job Summary
We are seeking a Packaging Technician to oversee the design and development of our packaging materials. This is a multifaceted position in which you will be responsible for cutting costs and waste, as well as ensuring that the packaging looks clean and professional when it comes off of the assembly line. You will work with other team members who are responsible for labeling packages to make sure we have an efficient process (from printing to when the pallet jack driver loads the boxes onto a truck).
Packaging Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and test packaging materials
- Work with assembly line workers to develop an efficient packaging process
- Ensure we are following all GMP and CGMP standards
- Address weaknesses or issues in the packaging process
Packaging Technician Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Manufacturing or fulfillment experience
- Physical stamina to assist with the manufacturing process
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
