Our organization is currently seeking a Medical Social Worker to join our care team. In this role, you will perform psychosocial assessments to determine the unique needs of each patient, working to address their psychological, emotional, spiritual, or social needs. - Perform psychosocial assessments to determine patient needs
- Provide support to patients and their family members or caregivers
- Assist with advance care planning, including advance directives as needed
- Assist with financial and funeral planning as needed
- Suggest various methods to cope with physical limitations

Medical Social Worker Requirements and Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work (MSW)
- State licensure
- Medical social work experience (preferred)
- BLS certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
