We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced individual to join our marketing agency as a Marketing Project Manager. As part of our PM team, you operate as the guiding hand bringing projects from initial ideation stages to final completion. You work with clients to define project scope and requirements, present to internal creative teams to generate solutions and campaigns, and liaise between the many different moving parts and complexities of any given project, ensuring timeliness and focus. This position requires a unique blend of interpersonal skill and communication acumen, an ability to multitask while retaining attention to detail, and a strong strategic and organizational sense to ensure overlapping timelines and requirements do not hinder progress. Our ideal candidate has at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or a closely related field, in addition to experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

Marketing Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to determine project scope and requirements
  • Develop creative briefs and present to the Executive Creative Director and creative teams
  • Work with the media department to determine campaign deliverables and possibilities
  • Liaise between all relevant parties to ensure projects are developed, revised, presented, and revised again
  • Ensure that client viewpoints are represented in all aspects of work and that our agency's creative vision is able to realize new and engaging campaigns

Marketing Project Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a relevant field
  • Prior agency experience, ideally related to logistics, project management, or client-facing roles
  • Strong organizational ability, including the ability to maintain close attention to detail while juggling many tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
