- Form implementation teams to liaise with affected departments and personnel, educating key leaders on process adjustments and goals
- Create and implement success measurement metrics in order to judge the effectiveness of changes, recommending alterations as necessary

Management Analyst Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely relevant field
- Professional experience in corporate consultancy, process analysis, or relevant areas, especially in roles with leadership components
