Mailroom Clerk Job Summary

We are looking for a Mailroom Clerk to help us with the shipping and receiving of mail. While our preferred candidate has mailroom experience, we are willing to work with applicants that have organizational skills and a strong work ethic. You will use specialized scanners for scanning, sorting, and delivering important documents and letters. You are also responsible for packing and shrink-wrapping packages. Your duties are time-sensitive, so we need someone who can work quickly and efficiently throughout their entire shift. You also need data entry skills to log and track the mail.

Mailroom Clerk Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scan and sort incoming mail
  • Deliver mail to staff in the building
  • Package, sort, and send outgoing mail
  • Track all shipments and deliveries
  • Take inventory of mailing supplies
  • Report any address issues

Mailroom Clerk Requirements and Qualifications
