- Take orders for products
- Pack items and prepare packages for shipping
- Implement rush order procedures
- Stage large quantities of outbound products
- Operate machinery and equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, and cherry picker
- Move incoming and outgoing product
- Check-in with supervisor to receive task assignments
- Prioritize tasks according to deadlines
- Record the number of units handled on daily production sheets
- Submit production sheets and work tickets to supervisor
- Maintain clean and hazard free work areas
Labor Requirements and Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous work experience in stockroom or warehouse environment preferred
- Team player and effective collaborator
- Written and verbal communication
- Strong time management
- Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately
- Awareness of and respect for safety regulations
- Physical strength and stamina
- Able to lift and move heavy loads
- Maintain regular attendance
- Be available for overtime when needed
- Have reliable transportation
