Kitchen Manager Job Summary

Our restaurant is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to help oversee daily operations. In this role, you oversee the kitchen and other back-of-house staff. As part of your staff management responsibilities, you hire and train new employees, complete the weekly schedule, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. You also place food and beverage orders, working with staff to reduce food waste. Applicants must have experience working in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a fine dining environment. Applicants with bilingual communication skills are strongly preferred.
