Janitorial Manager Job Summary
Our company is looking for a Janitorial Manager to supervise our cleaning staff. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. You will handle weekly and daily employee schedules, oversee daily tasks to ensure they are completed well and on time, and manage our inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies. In addition, you will assist with administrative tasks (including payroll) and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Our ideal applicant has several years of janitorial experience, including some supervisory roles. All applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Janitorial Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete the weekly schedule for cleaning staff
- Manage daily schedules, including lunches and breaks
- Interview and train new staff
- Keep track of inventory needs
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including payroll
- Maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Janitorial Manager Requirements and Qualifications
