Implementation Specialist Job Summary
We are searching for an Implementation Specialist to help our clients adopt and transition to new software programs as needed. We work with companies with large staffs, so many of your project planning duties will involve setting up training sessions to respond to technical issues. You will also oversee the installation and customization of the software, so you should be familiar with standard programming languages, such as JavaScript and SQL. Our ideal applicant has a bachelor's degree in computer science, several years of software implementation experience, and specific experience working with business software, including customer relationship management (CRM) and vendor management programs.
Implementation Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiate the implementation process immediately after the sale closes
- Audit and assess the client's company to see how we can best customize the product
- Customize the product based on your assessment and the client's requests
- Install the software
- Train the company's staff to use the software
Implementation Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- Several years of software implementation experience
- Excellent programming and coding skills
- Experience with standard business software
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
