Immigration Paralegal Job Summary
Our legal team is looking for an Immigration Paralegal who is passionate about defending the rights of immigrants. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing USCIS forms and collecting supporting legal documents, such as birth certificates or marriage licenses. Immigration Paralegal Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare USCIS forms and collect supporting documentation
- Prepare removal defense filings
- Assist with U.S. visa petitions
- Analyze case documents
- Perform legal research
- Communicate with clients
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Immigration Paralegal Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies (preferred)
- Bilingual communication skills (Spanish preferred)
- Experience with USCIS procedures
- Flexible schedule
